ffmpeg usage

I have ffmpeg command line for
realtime video/audio capture/recording with preview window
from laptop cam/microphone
on Win10.
But some laptops(maybe non Intel graphics) are not working (not recognize h264_qsv codec).
I need someone(mush have AMD or NVIDIA graphic laptop) test and fix it.
