designing a power system for a large industrial operation with given data

I am in need of an experienced engineer to design a power system for a large industrial operation that requires 100MW+ of electricity. I have specific requirements for the power system and prefer for it to be powered by natural gas. HV distribution voltage will be 22kV, industrial site should have an emergency power station(diesel based) and the computer model should be a load flow model and would like to see fault calculations for all bus bars.
