I'm looking for an experienced Project Manager to get the project oversee an inbound call center project for our ISO-certified BPO company in South India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls for customer support and order processing.
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service skills, and technical support.
Requirements:
- Must be from South India.
- Should be a channel partner or master partner.
- Must have an ISO-certified BPO company.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is essential.
