Qr code request order from menu restaurant

I need a system that contains a database for each customer account. The account is created by entering a mobile number. The purpose for account to archive the customer’s requests and the history of his visits to the restaurant. The customer reads the QR. The menu appears to him. He requests from the food menu to implement his order, after his request there's a window appear to him to his order (takeout) out side or inside the restaurant
