Windows Productivity App Functional QA Testing

Job ID: 40337377

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’ve built a light-weight Windows productivity application that lets users search the DEA physician database. Before releasing the next build I want a fresh set of eyes to run through every corner of the program, stress the search engine and tell me where it breaks—and where it can shine.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Thorough exploratory testing across all menus, settings and workflows, with particular attention to search accuracy, response time and overall user interface polish.
• Clear, well-structured bug reports that include reproduction steps, screenshots or short clips, expected vs. actual behaviour and your system specs.
• A brief summary of usability or feature-improvement ideas that could make the tool faster or more intuitive for clinicians and office staff.

Please test on Windows 10 or 11 and feel free to automate repetitive checks if that speeds you up. I’ll supply the installer, a set of sample queries and any credentials required as soon as we start. I’m aiming for a concise spreadsheet or tracker file plus any media evidence by the end of the engagement, after which we can review findings together and outline follow-up work if needed.
