VSTO Outlook Plugin Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a VSTO Outlook plugin. This plugin will have a button, named 'MSR', situated in the home tab. The plugin should also include a configuration panel that allows the user to specify a Slack channel name.

When this button is clicked, it should prompt the user to answer five different questions. You can use example questions for now. When the button is pressed, it will also stand up two emails that are scheduled for a specific time and date that is taken from the questions.
