Tune up my computer

I have the latest version of Windows 10 on my PC.
1. When I open a picture file on my computer, the picture appears for less than half a second, and it becomes black, like a negative. This happens on all picture files. See attachment. I have a secondary screen built-in on my laptop which is able to show the pictures without a problem. There was no discrepancy between the two screens previously.
2. Whenever I download a .doc, or .ppts file, it appears to hang forever, as in not completing the download. When I go to the downloads file, and click to open the file, it could take 30 minutes to open the smallest file. See attachment.
I need someone to remotely fix these two problems.
