TradingView MACD Signal Algorithm

I need an algorithm for Trading View to help with my stock trading. The algorithm should use the MACD with settings (26/12/9) and trigger signals based on specific conditions. Use also the 9 and 21 ema on the price chart.

Here's what I need:

- Use MACD for signals
- Trigger conditions:
1. MACD crossover on two moving averages(26/12/9)
2. Histogram crossing from red to green through 0

Use price chart for signals
3. 9-period moving average crossover over 21-period moving average on price chart
4. Green candlestick closing above two moving averages on price chart

- Applicable for any stock and any time frame, especially 1 and 5 minutes
- Send signals to my Apple device (iPhone) and Windows computer via push notifications

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in Trading View
- Strong understanding of MACD and trading algorithms
- Experience with push notification setup
- Background in stock trading
