I've attached the proposed vision for the application/software I have tailored specifically for the warehouse client. This document outlines the potential features and functionalities to address their unique needs.
Here are the functional requirements:
1. Functional Requirements:
Inventory Tracking:
Ability to track approximately 700 unique SKUs in real time.
Use barcode/RFID scanners to update inventory data automatically during stock intake, movement, and order fulfillment.
Track stock levels, reorder thresholds, and stock movement history for each SKU.

Data Warehouse:
Centralized cloud-based data warehouse in Microsoft Azure to store and manage all inventory data.
Database schema that supports SKU details (name, quantity, location, supplier, etc.).
Real-time synchronization between barcode/RFID scanners and the data warehouse.
Ability to scale the warehouse to handle future increases in SKU count or other product metadata.

Application Development:
Develop a web-based inventory management application hosted on Microsoft Azure.
Provide a user-friendly interface for warehouse staff to manage inventory, view stock levels, and access SKU history.
Integrate with barcode/RFID scanners for seamless data input into the system.
Enable search and filter functionality for easy SKU lookup by warehouse staff.
Generate reports for inventory and stock levels.

Real-Time Data for Accounting:
Integration with the accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks) for real-time financial data related to stock value and movements.
Ability for the accounting department to access inventory data directly from the data warehouse.
Generate financial reports based on real-time inventory data, reducing delays in reconciliation and reporting.

User Management:
Support for 4 initial users with different permission levels (e.g., warehouse staff, managers, accountants).
Role-based access control to restrict certain functionalities based on user roles.
