Suporte Migração Oracle EBS PAC/CZ

I am in the third migration cycle of Oracle E-Business Suite, moving from version 11.2.15 to 12.2.14. The core system is already being updated by my internal team; the customizations remain under my responsibility. I now need an analyst to take over the PAC and CZ modules – the professional who was working with me is no longer available.
Essential Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience specifically with PAC and CZ in Oracle EBS environments.
• Proficiency in the problem-solving process during migration (emergency bug fixing).
How the work will be:
You will receive an average of ten tickets per month. Each ticket involves analyzing the failure, proposing a solution, implementing and validating it in QAS before moving to PRD. I do not expect the development of new customizations, only ensuring that what already exists continues to operate in the new release.
Tools and Environment:
Oracle EBS R12.2.14, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, and other standard patching tools (adpatch, adop).
Expected Deliverables:
• Solution applied and tested in QAS for each ticket.
• Evidence of successful testing (logs or screenshots).
