Subtitle Integrator for GPT

I'm looking for a developer to create a solution that enables me to manage subtitle file translation with the assistance of GPT. This tool needs to facilitate the input of subtitle files from a designated folder, ensuring a seamless translation process (Through a preprogrammed gpt I already made) before compiling the output into unified .srt files. Below are the essential project requirements and skills needed:
**Core Functionalities:**
- Ability to import subtitle files (.docx, .rtf, .txt) from a specific folder.
- Process the english subtile file and request my pre-programmed gpt to process. The output .srt files should be created in the 12 languages I specify.
- The original file needs to be input into the gpt in batches of 15 entires, wait for the gpt to finish processing the section and then output the response to the destination file, continuing until the full original file is completely processed. This whole process must then be repeated until the original file has been translated into the 12 specified languages (corresponding to 12 .srt files.
- for each one english subtitle file, I need the 12 files output to a single, separate directory with the file names according to each language, khmer.srt, japanese.srt, spanish.srt, etc.
