Square Terminal Region & Payment Setup

As a USA based business, I've acquired more than a few square terminals from different regions USA, CA, France and some terminals are regionally unlocked. I am looking to figure a way to configure my Square Terminal region that withstand a factory reset and pushed updates. I have those terminals on hand but I have no way to interface with them that I know.
Key Requirements:
