Set Windows Environment Variable with Install Anywhere

I am using Install Anywhere 2021 SP2. I want to set a Windows Environment variable with the installation directory of my product. I am able to set environment variables with fixed text but not the variables from Install Anywhere which start and end with $.

For example, if I try to use $USER_INSTALL_DIR$ or $USER_MAGIC_FOLDER_1$, then the environment variable is not set. I have attached a screen print.
