School ERP Role-Based Bug Testing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our in-house School ERP is live and I need a fresh, systematic sweep across every user role. The system supports Student, Teacher, Parent, Administrator, Librarian, Finance, Transport Admin, Driver and several other staff logins; each must be exercised end-to-end.
The priority is to uncover functional and user-interface defects: mis-routed menus, broken workflows (attendance, fee collection, grading, transport scheduling, library issues), missing or misleading labels, layout breaks on common browsers and devices, plus any data errors triggered by role-switching. Security issues are welcome if spotted, but the main focus remains usability and workflow correctness.
Deliverables
• A concise bug log (Excel, Google Sheet or Jira export) listing steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual result, environment details, screenshot or short clip, and severity.
• A short summary highlighting the most critical blockers per role.
• Retest confirmation once fixes are applied.
Access credentials for each profile, staging URL and basic flow diagrams will be provided. BrowserStack, Selenium, or any preferred testing toolkit can be used as long as results are reproducible.
Completion is milestone-based: initial sweep, developer fix retest, and final sign-off.
