Scale Forms for 4K Compatibility in Visual Studio 2017

I'm looking for a Visual Studio Basic expert to develop a routine that scales all components of my desktop application to work seamlessly on a 4K TV. The application has a forms-based interface, and the routine should ensure that all forms and components, including buttons, text fields, and dropdown menus, are appropriately scaled for a 4K display.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Visual Studio Basic
- Previous experience in UI scaling for different resolutions
- Strong understanding of forms-based interfaces
I have a project that compiles and runs fine on a standard 16:9 1920 x 1080 Monitor or TV
However if it is run on a 4K TV it does not scale well. Looking for a 2017 Visual Studio
Developer who has had to develop on a standard monitor and wrote code to also
allow the project to run on a 4K TV
Your Deliverable would be a routine that is run when the program starts, determines the 4K TV resolution
and scales all components to scale correctly and run on the 4K
I would suggest you have both a 4K TV and a standard monitor to test on.
Your deliverable will be a ready to run exe for testing and all source code
