Ruby Rspec test for a simple ruby CLI app

I need a simple rspec test for my command line app. This is not a rails app.
The app is written in ruby. Ive got a method that iterates through a hash and outputs 5 strings. I need two test:
1. The 5 output string to match my 5 target strings.
2. Each output length needs to be less than 140 characters.
Test to be done using the Rspec gem.
