Programme a bluetooth module using C++ to receive commands from an existing bespoke Application for Apple or Android

We have designed a small blue tooth module that will control a supply relay. The application will send a limited number of commands to the module for operation. Facility will be needed for pairing, storing a simple user code, operating the relay and the ability to override when the App is faulty or unavailable. A software development kit is available from Mouser and we will provide or assist with the provision of any hardware needed. Our software engineer will provide a list of blue tooth commands to be sent from the App.
