Power Plant Billing Software Verification

We are seeking a SME who has a ready solution or help find a pre-built solution that can conduct an automated verification (with certification for fiscal custody transfer) of our power plant billing software, designed for a large power producing plant consuming diesel, natural gas fuels with tariff, environmental and related factors compensation. The electric power quality data, fuel data from multiple meters is already available on a set frequency basis within our software or can be made available to your solution using several methods (Please specify your preferred method). The tariff, fuels data, other factors formulas, compensation tables, curves etc. being used are available and will be shared with short-listed candidates only, if needed. We need SMEs with electrical billing (no residential or small commercial clients. Exclusively large enterprise clients) expertise or a team with this expertise, who already have a solution or can suggest a solution that we can lease or use on sporadic basis. No need for custom development of new software.
