PDF flipbook combined with TTS (text to speech) application -- 2
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking to create a PDF flipbook combined with a Text To Speech (TTS) application. The flipbook will include a combination of text, images, animations, and video clips. While it's not necessary, I would like the text to be highlighted as it is read by the TTS application. Additionally, I may need some assistence in choosing the most appropriate TTS engine for the project.

The Flipbook will for example be used to read-out-loud children books page by page and on some pages videoclips, animations and sounds will occur.
It must be easy to create a PDF Flipbook in a few steps that can be uploaded and downloaded from a WP website.
At least I need an easy way to make a PDF Flipbook where it's very quick and really simple to add either a sound clip and/or a video clip to a specific page in a PDF. So when the user flips a page the content of this specific page is read-out-loud.
