I am in need of a freelancer to do a non-academic research and find a good online Purchase Order system in Australia between 5 software providers. The research should be presented with a table and some narration (Max 500words)
Specific features I am looking for in an online Purchase Order system include:
- Easy-to-use interface
- Electronic register to track who did what and ability to export to excel so i can work on accruals or unused PO
- Automated workflow process.
- Able to chose to send/not send to supplier after approval.
- Approval is set to role, and not the person acting in that role.
- Ability to redirrect PO approval to someone else when an approver is away either the person himself do it or by the system admin
