Need help from a software expert for instant photo files transfer for PC to Internet

Hello, I need help from an experienced software expert to transfer my photos instantly from a Windows PC to the internet using cloud storage service, specifically Google Drive. Wi-Fi is among other methods of file transfer, but I can to go with Google Drive as well. I do not want to use Dropbox which is very expensive.
