Need to get a tested Login screen of a Web App developed in php

I want someone who can write all the test cases and can write the automation script for the same. There is a login screen with 2 types of subscriptions in it. User has the option to choose the subscription he/she wants to opt for. There is stripe payment. And we need to test all the possible cases including the database entries.
