Manage and Complete the construction phase of my business

I am currently building a Marketing Agency. It is through a step by step course that I am following however, need help in understanding some of the mechanics and to follow the step-by-step process. Sales funnels and video ads are already completed for my marketing agency. I am looking for someone experienced to help me construct the entire business up until it is fully functioning and ready to launch. Some key tasks involve:

-Connecting email marketer
-Ability to answer questions regarding the project
-Selecting the best Whitelabel Partners to outsource the marketing for my clients to (a large list has already been made and need to narrow down to the most suitable via the knowledge of freelancers)
- Add our branding and logo to all advertisements that have been created such us our prebuilt sales funnels
