LLM/AI Agent Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
AI Development:

Design, develop, and implement AI Agents and Multi-Agent systems using LLM technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuously improve and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
Research & Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Experiment with new techniques and technologies to enhance our AI capabilities.
Contribute to research papers and publications to share findings with the wider AI community.
Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
Experience:

Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, particularly with LLMs and AI Agents.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
