Interactive Brokers TWS API & Python

I'm looking for a skilled programmer with experience in Python, C++, Java, SQL, Excel VBA, and trading software like TradeStation Easy Language and Interactive Brokers TWS API.
The main goal of this program is to automate multi symbol, multi timeframe, multi trading strategies using existing software with API integration, controlled by a Master Custom Python Allocation Model.
Key requirements include:
- Integrating with both TradeStation Easy Language and Interactive Brokers TWS API
- Integration of third party Machine Learning software.
- Ensuring seamless execution of trades based on predefined conditions
The ideal freelancer for this project will have:
- Strong experience in Python programming
- Experience with the technology side of financial markets.
- Previous experience in developing trading bots or automated trading systems or seamless financial API integration.
- Proficiency in C++, Java, SQL, Excel VBA
- Familiarity with either TradeStation and especially Interactive Brokers TWS API or FIX.
