File download, extract and rezip required

I am looking for someone to help me with a project. Specifically, I need a file downloaded, extracted and rezipped. The file I am providing is a link, and it is currently in ISO format. It requires an application to extract the ISO which can only be done on a conputer. After the file is extracted, I need it to be rezipped in Zip format and uploaded to a downloadable link. There is a YouTube video that explains the process
