Family Reunion

To track payments for lodging, transportation, and incidentals connected to family reunion. Each family should have a separate sheet??? with a total amount for each expense. When a payment is made for any of the above expenses, the payment is deducted from the total payment, which is reflected in the account, notice is sent to family member who made the payment which reduces the total amount and is added to a "payments made" column. Then notice i(via email) is sent to the paying member acknowledging receipt of payment.
