FIX GLORIA FOOD APP TO SHOPIFY MISSING ORDERS

We have had an API built by freelancer and am having problems with importing new customer orders. If the customer has already purchased from our store (shopify) the order from Gloria Food App imports to draft orders. If they are a NEW CUSTOMER and doesn't have any customer info in the shopify system shopify doesn't import the order. This is a big problem that is making the API useless. Any help would be appreciated.
