Enhancements in a Web Application
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
1. Employee Document Expiry Notification
Documents within the employee profile have expiry dates. The system should send an expiry notification via email to specific roles, such as HR, with a CC to the Company Assistant, one month before the expiry date. There should also be a visual display on the dashboard showing documents that are about to expire and those that have already expired, with links pointing to the document locations.
2a. Company Document Request
A new form needs to be created (after Leave Management) called Employee Document Request, where employees can request documents such as experience certificates, pay slips, etc. The form should include UI fields to select the role/person to whom the request is sent (as defined in the shared document). The respective person should receive an email and also see the request in the dashboard with a menu link to take action.
2b. Requested Company Document Sending
The requested document can be prepared and sent by HR or HR Assistant. Similar to pay slips, the content should be editable and sent in PDF format on a letterhead. We have two letterhead templates—there should be a provision to upload the header, footer, seal, and signature. The content can be typed or pasted into a document writing interface and sent to the employee. The employee should receive an email and be able to download the document via the HRMS dashboard link.
3. Internal Ticketing System
Similar to the Company Document Request module, this will be a ticketing form with fields to assign the ticket to a particular role. There should be settings to change the assigned role or ID (as defined in the shared document). The assigned personnel should be able to view ticket status and mark it as closed once the issue is resolved.
