End-to-End Web App Tester

I'm in search of professional testers who can perform thorough manual testing for the web application of my chess coaching video platform.
Key Requirements:
- Functional Testing: This involves ensuring that all functions on the web app work as expected. Testers have to check scenarios like coach onboarding/account registration, order placement, order completion, and order history.
- Usability Testing: The application should be tested for usability and user-friendliness. Testers will evaluate the app's ease of use, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Compatibility Testing: This type of testing will evaluate whether the web app behaves correctly across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
Key Features to Be Tested:
- Coach Registration: The entire coach registration process should be tested to ensure that all steps work smoothly. This includes applying for a coach account, logging in as a coach, and onboarding with the payment provider. This also includes testing of email notifications that are triggered throughout the process.
- Coach Dashboard: The coach self-service account management dashboard must be tested thoroughly to ensure that coaches can easily perform their daily tasks on the platform. This includes functionality such as setting order price, starting/pausing orders, and recording/uploading order videos.
- Order Processing: The entire order process must be tested extensively. This includes creating orders from coach order pages and finalizing transactions through the payment gateway. This also includes email notifications that are triggered (both to the coach and the customer) throughout the process.
- The payment gateway is Stripe

- Proven experience in manual testing for e-commerce websites
- Proficiency in performing functional, usability, and compatibility testing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to report issues effectively
