Custom PDF Collation Program

I need a software tool that can take multiple PDF files and prepare them for printing in a specific order. The tool should be able to handle both combining the files into a single PDF or printing directly from individual files.

For example I have four PDFs with 75 pages each. I need the first page of each to print, then the second page of each to print, then the third page of each to print etc etc.

I don’t care if this program merges the pdfs accordingly and then I could print the new combined pdf normally as long as the pages are collated correctly
