Condo QuickBooks Bug Audit
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are launching a brand-new accounting platform designed specifically for condominium and HOA associations.
We are looking for a highly experienced U.S.-based bookkeeper with a deep understanding of association accounting to test our software and identify as many issues, inconsistencies, and missing features as possible.
Your role is not data entry — your job is to stress-test the system from a real accountant’s perspective and find anything that does not match how condo accounting is done in the real world.
REQUIREMENTS (Do NOT apply if you do not meet ALL of these)
Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experience in the United States
Direct experience with Condo Associations / HOAs
Very strong understanding of:
Accounts Receivable / Payables
Assessments & Late Fees
Delinquencies
Special Assessments
Owner Ledgers
Vendor Ledgers
Bank Reconciliation
Journal Entries
Chart of Accounts
Trust / Operating / Reserve Accounts
Previous experience with accounting systems like:
AppFolio / Buildium / QuickBooks / TOPS / Yardi / CINC or similar
Must be detail-oriented and picky
Must be comfortable documenting software bugs clearly and precisely
Must understand compliance expectations for association accounting in the U.S.
