Comprehensive Website QA & UX Testing

Scope of testing:

Sign up flow (both escort account and normal user account)
OTP / email verification (including delays or failures)
Profile creation (adding details, uploading images, editing profile)
Payment system (buying credits, using credits, upgrades like featured/VIP)
Payment edge cases (failed payments, duplicate payments, refreshing after payment)
General browsing experience (homepage, listings, profiles, search/filter)
Contact flow (user interacting with profiles)
Mobile testing (iPhone + Android strongly preferred)

What we are looking for:

Identify bugs, errors, or broken functionality
Highlight anything confusing, slow, or poorly designed
Test as a real user (not just clicking randomly)
Attempt to break the system (important)

Requirements:

Full screen recording of the entire testing session
Voice commentary while testing (talk through your experience)
Written summary of all issues found
Screenshots of bugs where possible

Goal:

We want to ensure the platform is fully functional, smooth, and ready for users — especially around sign up and payments, which are critical.

This needs to be done thoroughly and professionally.
