Strong data analysis skills and good working knowledge of SQL and CRM systems (preferably Epsilon)
CRM analyst who can write complex SQL queries.
Should have good knowledge of CRM business functions such as loyalty, credit card programs, campaigns, customer reporting, and other marketing platforms. He/she should have proven experience in complex select statements.
Example questions to be validated:
a. Do all transaction records have a customer ID associated with them?
b. Are other attributes in records as defined?
c. Do the number of recored returned for a particular query align with “expected” results?
