IT Assistant having Cinema software (VISTA) experience.
Brief of role is given below –
• Implementation of the Vista suite of products.
• Analyse business requirements and implement solutions within the Vista suite of software.
• Creation different products (vouchers/discount buttons/offers) within the application.
• Installation and configuration of the Vista system across all RC Sites.
• Training cinema, head office and IT staff
• Vista related hardware configuration.
• Application functional and problem solving
• Interpreting error logs identify faults and irradiate root cause.
• Implement work arounds an ensure business functionalities are back to normal.
• Testing of the configuration to satisfy business needs
• Training cinema, head office and IT staff.
• Contribute to revenue increase through cost saving initiatives.
• Handle remote cinema sites.
Experience: 3 + years in Vista software. IT Graduate.
Skills Required:
In Depth Knowledge of cinema application. Cinema and concession experience. Should be able to accommodate business ideas and change the application accordingly paving way for improvement/innovation and increase in revenue. Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes
