I need program to clone anyone's voice that moves people's lips

I need a very good program to copy anyone's voice and another program that moves people's lips as if they were talking live (from those people's videos or pictures with them), or possibly a unique program if any, for both uses. I am interested in doing shows on my Facebook page (pamphlets) with various famous people from my country (interviews as if they were live). I know that there are already such programs, only I do not know which is the most suitable for what I need, and which program can best adapt to pamphlet interviews, as if it were live, through which the person in question to speak as if it were real and his voice be cloned.
