SCOPE: develop software to generate text based geometric shapes and a phone app to photo-capture, recognize/decode and read/display the text

1.Develop Windows PC generating software with user interface with features:
Enter text (unlimited words, numbers etc.)
Select image (print) size, 2D or 3D
Select geometric shapes or shapes within shapes
Select colors, hues and textures
Select print format, 2D (PDF/PNG) or 3D (OBJ/STL**)
Generate file
Send to print

2.Develop phone camera based capturing web based decoder/reader and *app with user interface with features:
Go to website or *app and take picture of the printed shapes (hung on a wall etc.)
Decode the shapes
Display the text (words numbers etc)
Generate read file
