need programmer for think or swim chart add-on

Need to get program for think or swim chart that detects when 6 out of 8 candles have all broken either above or below the immediately previous candle. Also when 4 out of 13 have all broken either higher or lower than the immediately previous candle. Print on chart and send email alert.
