Spanish Speaking Interview Handler Needed

If you are not fluent in Spanish and don't have advanced level English in speaking, you will be automatically rejected.
I am HR of US company and I need multiple Native Spanish speakers who will be responsible for handling job recruiters interviews of different companies who want to hire our company. You will be simply given a schedule where you need to appear and you will be ready to go. Nothing else.
You need to be confident and fluent in Spanish. Basic knowledge of programing is also needed.
Experience with software engineering is bonus.
Payment structure is following
For HR call:
$20 per meeting ($10 bonus if make next interview)
After getting hired:
$30/hr
