Responsibilities:
- Conduct through assessments of individual's interview skills and identify areas of improvement
- Teach effective interview techniques, including mock interviews, behavioral-based questioning, and professional communication skills
- Provide expert guidance and coaching on various aspects of the interview process, including resume review, creating impactful cover letters, job search strategies, and appropriate attire
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and assist in building their confidence and self-assurance during interviews
- Monitor and track the progress of participants, providing ongoing support and adjusting training strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge in interview techniques, including behavioral-based interviewing, panel interviews, and video interviews
- Strong understanding of job search strategies, resume writing, and cover letter creation
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Up-to-date knowledge of current hiring trends, industry expectations, and employer requirements
- Proficiency in using technology and training tools, including VS code, video conferencing platforms and presentation software
