IoT Energy Management System Development

I am in need of a software developer or engineer with a strong background in IoT and energy management systems. The primary focus of this project will be to create an Rs485 communications software with specific requirements.
Key Features:
- Data Logging and Analysis: The software should be capable of logging all relevant data and also provide analysis tools to help in understanding energy usage patterns over time.
- Remote Viewing Platform: The developed software should also include a customer facing platform which allows remote access for customers to view the data recorded (especially energy usage) in the form of graphs.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IoT and energy management systems, especially in the context of software development.
- Proficient experience in software development, especially in creating software that involves data logging, analysis, and remote access.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting, particularly in the context of creating software for customers to use.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with:
- Rs485 communications
- Python, Java, or C++ (specific preference not specified but experience with any of these is a plus).
Time is of the essence for this project, as I am looking to have it completed within a month. A proactive and timely approach to the project will be highly appreciated.
