We are a dedicated and growing software development team seeking a skilled Technical Interviewer to support our hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software engineering and excellent English communication skills.
You will play a key role in evaluating candidates, conducting technical interviews, and helping us identify top talent.
Responsibilities
Conduct technical interviews for software engineering candidates
Assess candidates’ coding skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge
Provide clear and structured feedback after each interview
Collaborate with our internal team to align on hiring standards and expectations
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar technical role
Strong command of spoken and written English
Prior experience conducting technical interviews (preferred)
Solid understanding of common programming languages, frameworks, and system design principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to evaluate candidates objectively and efficiently
Compensation
Hourly pay (competitive, based on experience) 30 - 60/hr
Flexible working hours
Location
Must be based in the America(North and South)
