I'm here to look for a serious professional for building a Windows 11+ desktop software. I state that the software that will be created will deal with sports predictions.
NOTE: You will also be available to have it implemented in Web App, but I kindly ask you to explain the difference and which is the best solution for this project (Web or Desktop?).
Attention: I ask you to read the PDF, you will find the main details of the software to be created. You will read the commercial agreements in the PDF (unfortunately I cannot change those payment terms).
I ask you for respect and seriousness, also because it is a project born with my sister (who unfortunately passed away very recently) and I would like to complete this project of hers. I hope there is someone who can seriously help me and who is willing to do it with the right humanity.
