Build a software design

I'm in need of a software design that can scan a document, is able to read the name on the document and each individual mark (from a Maths test). Gets added to the profile of that persons name, shows each individual mark for each question, total mark and a percentage. Then the total mark gets added to another platform automatically. On the system, there is a whole heap of profiles for each person.
