Block specific URLs on Mac and Windows without blocking the entire domain

I am currently blocking URLs using the hosts file on Mac and Windows and with OpenDNS and Sophos however, I also need to be able to block a specific URL with a resource path instead of the whole domain e.g.

I want to block www.freelancer.com/support but not www.freelancer.com or www.freelancer.com/help, etc.
