competitor website feature analyze or deconstruct

Hi Freelancer ,

I want to start e-commerce parcel multi courier booking service like https://www.upela.com/en/ , https://www.easyship.com/ or https://easyparcel.com/sg/en/ . My company is in logistic service and we have our own courier account ( fedex , ups , dhl , aramex , hong kongpost , sf express .. etc ) with special rate. And we also provide other kind for parcel shipping like air consolidate , sea consolidate ( customer wait for consolidate but shipping price is lower than express courier. )

I need freelancer , programmer who can help me to analyze , study , deconstruct above website ( upela , easyship , easyparcel ) and write final requirement or report for me about total feature , function which my website must have .

I don't need breif requiremnt / report but I need full requirement / report which can forward to programmer team and they can understand whole project easily .
