Software Documentation

We have a need to have documentation/instructions written for our podcast hosting website. This would be detailed instructions as to how to access the system, how to post content, how to make the content available, etc. We need this for our new users so that they can use the site with minimum assistance. Documentation should be in a word, in design, affinity publisher document and from there we can create a pdf file and possibly provide this online as well. It is a podcast hosting site so it will detail creating the podcast, uploading the audio/video, creating series, publishing on other platforms (Spotify, iTunes, etc.). How to delete the podcast, schedule podcast to be published at a pre-determined time, etc. Everything they need to allow them to navigate the creation of their podcast. Website, thegospelspoken.com
