Documentation on an open-source project (software development tool)

We are seeking an experienced technical writer to flesh out our documentation (markdown-based hosted on GitHub). We need someone who can outline the guide and tell us what to add to it to make it comprehensive for the reader. You should have some experience in programming as our product is a software development tool. Our website is available in the attached file.
