Custom Document/Report Creation for Construction

Document Setup/Creation Specialist Needed – Construction Reports and Templates

We’re looking for someone to set up our custom documents and reports for our insurance repair business. You’ll be using our AroFlo account, but no specific AroFlo experience is required – just a solid understanding of building professional documents and report formatting.

Tasks Include:
• Creating custom report templates for roof reports, and make safes
• Structuring documents for clear, concise field entry, including drop-downs, checkboxes, and text fields
• Organizing sections for property details, roof conditions, damage assessments, and repair recommendations
• Setting up clear headers, footers, and company branding
• Ensuring the layout is easy to read and quick to fill out on-site

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience building structured, professional document templates
• Familiarity with construction, insurance, or trade industries (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
