I would like someone to create a software program for me that manages the payments of my students that keeps record of how many classes each student has a week and how many classes from the 24 class package the student has purchased are left so the parent can be informed of the need of another 24 classes to be bought .I would like the software program to be very simple, to include student name, parent contact information, day and time of classes (with the flexibility of this changing for one time or more if there is a need for that. I want to be able to inform the program at the end of the day of who had classes and the program to calculate classes done and how many still remain based on the number of classes pre-purchased . I would like students to have the ability (password) to enter their file and have a picture of how many classes they have had and how many are still left. I would like to have a reminder two weeks before the 24 class package has been used up so parents can be sent reminder of new purchase.
